For the next two weeks, South Korea is under special Chuseok holiday period COVID-19 prevention measures.
Certain rules are eased with nursing hospitals able to welcome fully vaccinated family members for contact visits.
Non-vaccinated people can have non-contact visits.
In addition, starting Friday until the week after, even in highest social distancing level 4 areas, private gatherings of up to 8 will be allowed as long as at least half the group are fully vaccinated AND they meet at private households.
However, certain measures are being toughened as starting Friday, no eating will be allowed inside expressway rest areas nationwide.
