Our top story thins morning,
President Moon Jae-in will be delivering a special address in the coming hour to mark his fourth year in office.
According to the Blue House, he will look back over the past four years and explain how he plans to carry out state affairs in his final year in office.
He will then take questions from the media.
Only 20 reporters will be there due to virus prevention measures.
Questions are expected to cover a range of pending issues — such as COVID-19, the Korean Peninsula peace process and soaring home prices.
Arirang TV will be broadcasting it live at 11 AM, Korea time.
