President Moon Jae-in and British Prime Minister Boris Johnson have discussed ways to strengthen bilateral ties and cooperate over pressing issues, including climate change and COVID-19.
According to the Blue House on Tuesday, Johnson invited President Moon to the G7 summit, which is to be hosted in the U.K. next year.
President Moon expressed his gratitude for the invitation and invited Johnson to the P4G Summit on climate change which is to be held in South Korea in May next year.
He also stressed his will for South Korea’s plan to go carbon neutral by 2050.
